Production Boundary

A clear boundary from fabrication to specialist inspection.

Core equipment manufacturing and integration take place in-house. Purchased components and external services remain defined by the approved project scope.

In-house

Core manufacturing and integration

  • Project input and equipment-configuration review
  • Pipe and plate cutting, machining, and component preparation
  • Shell, tube-sheet, frame, and pressure-part fabrication
  • Tube expansion, welding, equipment assembly, and piping
  • Electrical and control integration, configuration, and commissioning
  • Applicable pressure, leak, functional, and ice-making tests

Purchased to specification

Selected components and controls

  • Compressors selected by model, refrigerant, duty, and order scope
  • PLC, electrical cabinet, and electrical-control components
  • Valves, controls, and other refrigeration components
  • Specified third-party components named in the technical proposal

External specialist service

Inspection outside the factory

  • X-ray examination when required by the applicable procedure or order
  • Independent or customer-appointed inspection when agreed
  • Other specialist verification not available within the defined in-house scope

Production Equipment

Equipment for cutting, machining, joining, and material handling.

The page records confirmed equipment categories without turning an incomplete machine list into a capacity claim.

Individual machine models, quantities, working ranges, and calibration status will be added only after the equipment register and matching photographs are checked. X-ray examination is arranged externally when required.

Production Route

A project moves through controlled production stages.

The exact route varies by ice machine, heat exchanger, pressure vessel, and custom equipment scope.

  1. 01

    Technical definition

Application, duty, operating conditions, utilities, materials, interfaces, controls, inspection, and documents are clarified.

  2. 02

    Material preparation

Pipe, plate, tube, structural members, and purchased components are prepared against the approved configuration.

  3. 03

    Machining & fabrication

Cutting, turning, CNC machining, tube-sheet work, tube expansion, welding, and frame fabrication are completed as applicable.

  4. 04

    Assembly & integration

Mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, PLC, control, and equipment interfaces are assembled and checked.

  5. 05

    Inspection & testing

Mandatory tests for the equipment route are completed, with external X-ray or witness inspection added when required.

  6. 06

    Release & packing

Release status, agreed records, markings, protection, packing, and shipment preparation are checked before dispatch.

Fabrication Detail

Components are prepared for the approved equipment arrangement.

A heat-exchanger tube sheet is one of the fabricated components prepared before final equipment integration. Material, dimensions, hole pattern, interfaces, and acceptance criteria remain specific to the approved drawing and order.

The photograph documents the component and manufacturing context. It is not presented as proof of a particular material grade, tolerance, output quantity, or inspection result.

Component Configuration

Purchased components become a complete project configuration through in-house integration.

Depending on the model and order, compressor options can include Bitzer or Copeland. Electrical and automation configurations can include Siemens equipment, while refrigeration components can include Danfoss products.

Brand references describe available configuration practice, not a promise that every model includes the same supplier. The final compressor, controls, valves, refrigerant, condenser type, voltage, and other components are stated in the quotation or approved technical documents.

  • Mechanical frame, vessel, heat-exchange, and piping integration
  • Refrigeration-component installation to the confirmed configuration
  • Electrical, PLC, control, and equipment-interface integration
